The Book of Dreams is a special project of the Williamsport-Lycoming Community Foundation. The project connects individual and organization needs in the community with people who want to make a difference through contributions toward the needs. Each dream is nominated by a nonprofit organization serving communities within the Williamsport Sun-Gazette's coverage area. The success of the Book of Dreams depends on community support. All donations are tax-deductible.
