JOB TITLE

CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

A Clinical Supervisor provides oversight to bachelor level social workers; conducts individual, group and family therapy.

Minimum of Master’s Degree in one of the Social Sciences and two years of counseling experience preferably with youth. Proof of master’s degree is required.  

Must be 21 years of age or older.

JOB TITLE

DAY TREATMENT SUPERVISOR

A Day Treatment Supervisor provides supervision of Day Treatment and transportation staff. This individual also provides direct social work, case management, and therapeutic services to youth and their families.

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in one of the Social Sciences and one year of counseling experience preferably with youth. Proof of Bachelor’s degree is required.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

JOB TITLE

SOCIAL WORKER

A Social Worker is employed for the purpose of providing direct social work, case management, and therapeutic services to youth and their families.

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in one of the Social Sciences. Proof of Bachelor’s degree is required.

JOB TITLE

DRUG & ALCOHOL COUNSELOR

A Drug & Alcohol Counselor provides outpatient drug and alcohol treatment to both Agency clients and private referrals.

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in one of the Social Sciences. Proof of Bachelor’s degree is required.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

JOB TITLE

ALTERNATIVE EDUCATION PROGRAM TEACHER

An Alternative Education Program Teacher is employed during the regular academic school year for the purpose of teaching, testing, and tutoring students in assigned curriculums. A teacher is also responsible for setting educational goals for students and monitoring their progress.

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related human service field. Proof of Bachelor’s Degree is required

State teaching certificate preferred.

Minimum of 1 year experience working in an educational setting is preferred.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER

An Alternative Education Program Special Education Teacher is employed during the regular academic school year for the purpose of providing assistance to the Dean of Students and teachers through teaching, tutoring, and supervision of special education students as needed on a daily basis throughout the school day.

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related human service field. Proof of Bachelor’s Degree is required

State Special Education teaching certificate required.

Minimum of 1 year experience working in an educational setting is preferred.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

JOB TITLE

ALTERNATIVE EDUCATION PROGRAM TEACHER’S AIDE

An Alternative Education Program Teacher's Aide is employed during the regular academic school year for the purpose of providing assistance to the Dean of Students and teachers through teaching, tutoring, and supervision of students as needed on a daily basis throughout the school day.

Minimum of High School diploma

Must be 21 years of age or older.

JOB TITLE

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT STAFF

Residential Support Staff are employed for the purpose of supervision of youth during all activities; planning and participating in activities and educational groups; communicating residents’ progress; transporting youth to appointments and conducting inspections of the facility.

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in one of the Social Science is preferred.

Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance coverage.

Must be at least 21 years of age. 

JOB TITLE

COMMUNITY MONITOR

A Community Monitor is employed for the purpose of transporting clients to and from programs, providing staff support, and supervision of clients during programming.

Must be 21 years of age or older, and possess a High School diploma or GED. Proof of High School diploma or GED is required.

Possess and maintain valid vehicle operator’s license of the proper class to operate corporate vans and other vehicles.

Previous experience with youth is preferred.
