PA Treatment & Healing President, Jerilyn Keen is pleased to announce the Administrative Management Team for the organization.

The team was developed to accommodate the agency’s plan for growth throughout the state of Pennsylvania, while maintaining the highest quality services.

Scott Constantini

Regional Director

Mr. Constantini oversees operations at the Honesdale, Scranton and South Montrose Treatment Centers.  He is also one of the agency's trainers for Safe Crisis Management.

Steve Gaito

Regional Director

Mr. Gaito manages the operations at the Bloomsburg, Lehighton and East Stroudsburg Treatment Centers.  He is also responsible for agency-wide training of our Agency's model program.
